Web interface

WEB-interface allows you to connect to SkyFleet system and watch the location and condition of your vehicle or stationary object from any computer connected to the Internet, without the need for software installation. WEB-interface, however, has much less features than the standard windows-application SkyFleet Client, the differences between them can be seen

1. Connection to the system

fornSendThe first window of connection to the server appears at the entrance to the site system SkyFleet in which you must enter the name and password of the connected user. You can know these details in the company providing the monitoring service. You need to click "Input" after entering the required data in the appropriate fields and it will be move to the main service page automatically. If the connection to the service does not take place for any reason, a warning will be displayed to the left of "Input" button.
 It can be the following variants of messages:
  • Invalid user name or password - means that you enter incorrectly one of the following options, check the entered data, paying attention to the keyboard layout, the register input of letters, etc., try to connect again. It is also possible that the user which you are using to connect is not registered in the monitoring system or has been deleted. In this case, contact the company providing the monitoring service.
  • This user is already connected -means someone maybe has already entered into the system with a user name that you enter or your last user session is ended incorrectly (eg, because of "hang" the computer). Please try again in 5 minutes (the server will break correctly complete the connection after this time ). If repeated attempts are also unsuccessful, contact the company providing the monitoring service.
  • This user is blocked - means the system administrator has blocked this user for some reasons. Please contact the organization providing the monitoring service.
  • Connection error - an error occurred when connecting to the service because of incorrect operation of the server. Please try again after some time. After it contact the the organization providing the monitoring service.

2. Description of the main service page

The figure below shows the main page of Web SkyFleet service. Page is divided into three parts: the top is a list of objects and the map, and in the bottom are toolbar and information tables. You can change the size of each of the areas. For this you should hover on the border between the two areas to change the cursor icon on the sign of the separator, click the left mouse button and without releasing it drag the cursor left and right or up and down, depending on the task, after changes in the area to the desired size, release the left mouse button. It is also possible to hide the list of items by clicking on the appropriate button *, the same button produced the opposite effect.. map

3. The list of objects

The list of objects which is located on the top left of the page contains all the objects the review the details of which is allowed by the administrator for the connected user. Objects are divided into groups depending on how they have been registered in the database. It is possible to roll the selected group in the list by clicking on a button. An icon of objects current state displays on the contrary the its name in the list. It can be the following status:
  • green - it is the normal state of the object, it makes contact regularly, there are not any accidents or informational messages on object;
  • blue - an informational event has happened on object;
  • yellow - an insignificant event of little importance has happened on object ;
  • orange - an important event has happened on object ;
  • red - a critical event has happened on object that requires an immediate response;
  • grey - the object did not make contact for more than 3 consecutive set for connection periods.
Object name will appear in the toolbar, the table information of the object (a list of objects) will be filled with its data by clicking the left mouse button on the object in the list. All subsequent operations by using the toolbar will be performed on the selected object in such a way.

4. Operations with a map

Map often takes up most of the page, it contains all the geographic objects (cities, streets, houses, forests, rivers, etc.) selected by the user of land area. The map also shows the current location of objects and routes of their movement over a given period of time by the user. Use the following options to navigate around the map:
  • Moving around the map within the chosen scale - to the north-south or east-west. Use a mouse for it, clicking the left mouse button and holding it drag the map in the desired direction, then release, or the corresponding button in the upper left corner of the map;
  • Changing map scale - is a zoom in or out with the mouse wheel or using the corresponding buttons (+ and -) in the upper left corner of the map. The screen can display the following kinds of maps: Google Maps (MAP) - a standard vector map of the whole earth; Google Maps (SAT) - satellite images of the whole earth; Google Maps (HYBRID) -satellite images of the whole earth superimposed with the names of geographical objects;
  • OpenStreetMap - vector maps Earth of internet OpenStreetMap project;
  • SkyFleet GIS - vector map is posted by the administrator on the GIS server of SkyFleet system (may contain only some regions of the Earth, but are usually more accurate and fullness than the above map).
  • littleMap - a selection of the required map is carried from the pop-up menu when you click on the toolbar button.

5. The toolbar

The toolbar contains the basic controls (buttons, menu and so on.) which are used to display the information you need on the page service. The toolbar is located below the map and the list of objects. The left-most button of the toolbar contains the name of the currently selected object and its current state icon. The map is automatically centered on the selected object by pressing this button. The appointment of the remaining elements of the toolbar control is described next:
  • eye - this button determines the visibility of an object on the map and hiding parts of objects on the map when it is a large number of ones, makes it easier to the perception of information by the user. The icon of visibility is displayed in black and white for hidden object;
  • track - this is enabling or disabling the automatic filling-in line route of the object. When you activate this function, the line of the last 50 points of the location of the object is displayed, when this function is not active the icon is displayed in black and white. Settings visibility and filling-in of the route are stored for each object at the correct exit from the service page;
  • FromToDate - selection menu for the period of time that will be asked for information, the following options are available: for the current day, for the last 24 hours, for the current month, last month, to more accurately determine the date and time range, use the elements listed below;
  • date - these elements of the date and time selection can determine accurately the range for which the information is requested (request for information can be made for a period of no more than 31 days);
  • route - object route request or hiding from the map will be displayed on the map the route as a line with icons start, finish and showing the location of the vehicle parking (parking time is indicated by the icon), and schedule the rate of change will be displayed (or schedule the selected sensor) while driving object.
  • requst_alarm- request of a list of events occurring on objects for a specified period of time;
  • report - request a report on the selected object in the specified time, the report type is selected from the drop-down menu (see details section 9);
  • littleMap - choosing the type of map display (see. section 4);
  • help- call this help;
  • switch - exit from the main service pages, disconnect from the system;

6.  Information field of the object

The current state of the object is displayed in the details information field . Information field of the object is located in the lower left corner of the page. Basic parameters which are available for each object displayed at the bottom of the field :
  • lightning- date and time of arrival of the latest data from the object;
  • gsmState - power of  the received signal GSM network as % of the maximum value;
  • statelite - the number of satellites the GPS or GLONASS (if it is supported by the terminal) captured / visible;
  • bataryState - voltage of internal battery GSM-terminal;
  • power - external voltage that is applied to the GSM-terminal;
The central part of the field information is a table with the current value of the specified object to the sensor. These sensors can be: fuel sensor, speed sensor, temperature sensor of salon, trunk opening sensor, etc. A specific list of sensors which is available for each of the objects is determined by the additional equipment connected to the GSM-terminal.

7. Current and requested accident

There is a service bar with four tabs in the lower right part of the page. The first two of it contain a table of current and user-requested accidents and events that took place at the facilities.  There are the accident and the events of the last three hours prior to user log on to the service page and all the events and accidents that will occur until the user is connected into the current alarm table. The accident in a given period of time by the user will ba placed in the table requested by accidents. The tables contain the following columns:
  • Criticality - is the degree of importance of a past event or crash: information, insignificant, serious or critical (see description in chapter 3).;
  • Object - is the name of the object on which the event / accident has happened;
  • Sensor - is the sensor in the object causing the event / accident;
  • Start - the date and time of the event / accident;
  • End - date and time of eliminating event / accident (if the event is not yet valid);
  • Message - is a detailed text description of the event.

8. Graphs of movement

Speed graph is based by default. To plot another parameter, select the corresponding sensor from an object in the details about it. There are the following buttons besides the graph on the panel:
  • previos - move the pointer over one point back on the requested route;
  • next - move the pointer to a point ahead on the requested route; there is the element-slider   between these buttons, moving of which allows you to move along the line pointer to any point of the requested route;
  • play- is a button start / stop playback of the route, Pointer of route  will move around the map by itself with speed and time intervals between points reproduces the route object while playing the one, route playback speed can be changed by selecting from the drop down menu to the right of the button the appropriate the degree of acceleration;
  • setFrom - establish the date and time of moving object at a given point, as the initial query time period;
  • setTo- establish the date and time of moving object at a given point, as the finite query time period;
  • clock- date and time of movement of the object at the current location of the route;
  • parametr- speed of the object or the value of the sensor selected by the user at the current point of the route;

9. Reports

"Reports" tab is designed to display in a table form, a report type selected by user . The report is building for one object which is currently selected, an over a period marked by the relevant controls in the toolbar. The following types of reports are available: fuel report , mileage report, the report on parking,  draining and refilling the fuel report. Let us consider each of the reports in detail.

Fuel report

The fuel report provides information on the fuel consumption on the vehicle for a specified period of time. cost accounting can be carried out both on the basis of information about the mileage of the vehicle and set the parameters of the average consumption per 100 kilometers, and on the basis of information received from the sensor fuel: regular or extra. The using of additional fuel sensor (volumetric, capacitive, flow, etc.) is more preferable than regular float sensor. The sensor has such as high uncertainty as instability of the readings, depending on the dynamics of vehicle movement (acceleration, braking), and the nature of the road (turns, slopes, lifts). Change graphs the fuel sensor indications staff have high emissions and need to filter the data before the flow calculation, facts draining gas stations and fuel will be made on them. The filtering process also introduces some uncertainty in the calculation. The final error when using regular probe can reach 10% or more. Flow calculation on the basis of information about the mileage of the vehicle and set the parameters of the average consumption per 100 kilometers have s a high accuracy, since it ignores the real nature of the movement and condition of the vehicle. The report contains the following fields:
  • Object – is the object's name (of the vehicle);
  • Time – is the date on which the data are presented in a table row;
  •  FLS 1 Consumption – is fuel consumption in liters in tank №1 by indications the fuel level sensor (if 0, then no fuel level sensor is connected to the GSM terminal installed on your vehicle);
  • FLS 2 Consumption - is the fuel consumption in tank №2 in liters (if it is);
  • DPT consumption - is the fuel consumption in liters by indications of fuel consumption fuel;
  • CAN consumption - is fuel consumption in liters by indications readed from the CAN bus of the vehicle;
  • Mileage – is the mileage of the vehicle in kilometers;
  • Time of movement - is the time of movement of the vehicle for a certain period;

Mileage report

Mileage report contains information on vehicle kilometers traveled in a given period of time. The report contains the following fields:
  • Object – is the object's name (of the vehicle);
  • Time – is the date and time for which the information is presented (if it is only the date, the information is provided for all calendar twenty-four hours);
  • Mileage  – is the mileage of the vehicle in kilometers;
  • Time of movement - is the time of movement of the vehicle for a certain period;
  • Idle time – is the time during which the vehicle was standing;
  • Average speed - is the average speed during the movement of vehicle.

Report on parking

Report on parking contains information about all the parking of vehicles, the time of which exceeds 5 minutes. The report contains the following fields:
  • Object  –  is the object's name (of the vehicle);
  • Start  – is the date and time of the start od parking;
  • End – is the date and time of the start of movement;
  • Duration - is the period of parking;
  • Address– is the nearest address of building/  location where parking has been made (it would be determined only if the server is configured database module addresses).

Draining and refilling the fuel report

Draining and refilling the fuel report contains information on all petrol stations and drains the fuel tank of a vehicle, for a user-specified period of time. Construction of this report is only possible for the vehicle to which a GSM terminal with a connection to the fuel sensor (staff or additional). For the reasons described above, the using of regular fuel sensor introduces an error in the results of the report as a parameter for the amount of fusion / fuel filled, and on-time operations. The report contains the following fields:
  • Object – is the object's name (of the vehicle);
  • Time– is the date and time of draining or refilling;
  • Action – is the type of event:draining or refilling;
  • Fuel volume – is the the amount of refilled or drained of fuel in liters;
  • Address -  is the nearest address of building/  location where draining or refilling has been made (it would be determined only if the server is configured database module addresses).
